group_meeting_reimbursement_procedure

As discussed last night when you submit reimbursement for the Vision Group Meeting you need to do the following:

Only original receipts are accepted
Each receipt must be attached to an Agenda and a sign in sheet. The Agenda needs to include the topics discussed. The sign in sheet needs to include the meeting date, time and the room the meeting was in. Make sure to print your name on the receipt so I know who to reimburse. I have attached a sign in sheet you can use and modify to your specific meeting.

The receipts need to be turned in for reimbursement the week of the meeting. Please do not hold on to receipts for weeks and months as this causes a great deal of extra work and our financial system needs these on a timely basis.

Please pass this information on to your colleagues who may also be submitting food receipts.
